This unique piece is a handmade fire pit, creatively fashioned from a repurposed butane bottle, designed to resemble the iconic helmet of Darth Vader. Its vintage aesthetic is immediately apparent, with a cortensteel surface. The rust gives the helmet a rich, earthy color palette of deep browns, coppers, and ochres. The helmet's main body is made from the rounded shape of the butane bottle, with the characteristic ridges of Vader's mask crudely but effectively cut into the metal. The eye and mouth openings are jagged and hollow, serving as the vents for the fire pit. The top of the helmet is fitted with a tall, cylindrical smokestack, which, like the rest coevered in cortensteel.
